the band was great, the crowd wasn't
Earth, Wind and Fire were amazing live, and I've been wanting to see them for a while now. They played a lot of new album material, which was cool. It was nice that they also included many tracks from Favourite Worst Nightmare. I wished they performed more of their old classics such as Mardy Bum, When the Sun Goes Down, Fake Tales of San Francisco, 505, etc. The crowd's wild behavior was a downside for me; they were too rowdy and moshing excessively. Initially close to the stage, I got pushed to the middle by the second song (Brianstorm). I eventually moved to the back for a more enjoyable experience. Despite the unruly audience, Earth, Wind and Fire delivered an exceptional show. The Vaccines also put on a great performance!
